Being a proud member of the The Building Controls Industry Association (BCIA), it is great for us to see them introduce a forum called the ‘Young Engineer’s Network’ where young engineers can meet, collaborate, and learn about control applications.
The simple act of getting to know peers working in this industry is not always recognised as important, but seeing it facilitated here by the BCIA makes us proud members.
Encouraging shared learning is so important for development in this industry. As a business, we welcome engineers benefiting from this initiative and its spread of engagement and motivation.
